Learn With Profe Institute LLC FZ – Policies and Procedures

1. Admissions

All prospective students must complete a registration form and provide accurate personal information.
Admission is confirmed only after full payment and signing of the Terms and Conditions.
The institute reserves the right to refuse admission if information is found to be false or incomplete.
For group courses, a minimum of 4 participants is required for the course to commence.

Full refund if cancellation is made 7 or more days before the start of a course.
No refund for cancellations made 6 or fewer days before the start of a course.
No refund for cancellations after the course has started.
If Learn With Profe Institute LLC FZ cancels a course, enrolled students are entitled to a 100% refund or a credit for a future course.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

Student personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws.
Information provided by students will only be used for course administration, communications, and KHDA reporting purposes.
The institute does not share personal data with third parties without explicit consent, except when required by law.
Students have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting the institute directly.

Students are expected to act respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow students at all times.
Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.
Students must comply with all course rules, including attendance, punctuality, and participation requirements.
The institute reserves the right to remove any student who violates the code of conduct without refund.
