Learn With Profe Institute LLC FZ – Policies and Procedures

This document outlines the policies and procedures governing enrollment, learning conduct, data protection, and operational practices at Learn With Profe Institute L.L.C-FZ (“the Institute”).

1. Admissions Policy

  • All prospective students must complete a registration form and provide accurate and complete personal information.
  • Admission is confirmed only after full payment and acceptance of the Institute’s Terms and Conditions.
  • The Institute reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission if information provided is false, incomplete, or misleading.
  • Group courses require a minimum of three (3) enrolled students to commence. If the minimum is not met, the course may be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund.

2. Fees, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Course fees must be paid in full prior to course commencement.
  • Refund eligibility is governed by the Institute’s Terms and Conditions and applies as follows:
    • Full refund if cancellation is made 7 days or more before the course start date.
    • No refund for cancellations made 6 days or fewer before the start date.
    • No refund once the course has commenced.
  • If the Institute cancels a course, students are entitled to a 100% refund or a credit toward a future course.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method, subject to banking procedures.

3. Data

The Institute collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws.

Students are required to complete a registration form prior to enrolment. The information collected (including age, country, language level, and contact details) is used solely for academic and administrative purposes, such as course placement, level assessment, appropriate group formation, academic communication, and regulatory reporting (including KHDA, where required).

Personal data is not used for marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to education and administration and is not shared with third parties without explicit consent, except when required by law.

Students, or parents/legal guardians in the case of minors, may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the Institute.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow students at all times.
  • Disruptive behavior, harassment, bullying, or discrimination will not be tolerated.
  • Students must comply with course rules, including attendance, punctuality, and participation requirements.
  • The Institute reserves the right to remove any student who seriously or repeatedly violates this code of conduct. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

5. Online Learning Procedures

  • Courses are delivered primarily online using third-party platforms.
  • Students are responsible for ensuring adequate internet connectivity and access to suitable devices.
  • The Institute is not liable for disruptions caused by technical issues beyond its control.
  • Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule sessions affected by instructor-related issues.

6. Children and Safeguarding

  • For courses involving minors, parents or legal guardians are responsible for:
    • Providing accurate registration information
    • Ensuring attendance and punctuality
    • Supervising the child during online sessions where appropriate
  • The Institute maintains a respectful and safe learning environment for all learners.

7. Compliance

Learn With Profe Institute L.L.C-FZ operates in accordance with applicable UAE laws and regulations.

Learn With Profe Institute is approved and permitted by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), Dubai.
