Learn With Profe Institute LLC FZ – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all students enrolling in courses offered by Learn With Profe Institute L.L.C-FZ (“the Institute”). By registering for any course, students (or parents/legal guardians, where applicable) agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Course Commencement

Group courses require a minimum of three (3) enrolled students to commence. If the minimum is not met, the Institute may reschedule the course or offer a full refund.

2. Registration

Course registration is confirmed only upon:

  • Full payment of course fees, and
  • Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Institute reserves the right to refuse or cancel registration if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.

3. Fees, Payment & VAT

All course fees must be paid in full at least 7 days before the course start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are subject to VAT where applicable. UAE clients will be charged 5% VAT in accordance with UAE regulations. VAT may also apply to clients in other countries depending on local tax laws.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Group Lessons

  • 100% refund if cancellation is made 7 days or more before the course start date
  • No refund for cancellations made 6 days or fewer before the start date
  • No refund once the course has commenced

One-to-One Lessons

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Missed or late-cancelled sessions are considered delivered and are non-refundable

Course Cancellation by the Institute

If the Institute cancels a course, students are entitled to a 100% refund or a credit toward a future course.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method, subject to banking procedures.

5. Attendance

Missed group sessions are considered delivered and are not eligible for make-up classes or refunds.

6. Online Learning & Technical Issues

The Institute is not responsible for disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party platforms beyond its control. Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule sessions affected by instructor-related issues.

7. Children & Parental Responsibility

For courses involving minors, parents or legal guardians are responsible for:

  • Ensuring attendance and punctuality
  • Providing a suitable learning environment
  • Supervising online participation when required

8. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to act respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow students. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated.

The Institute reserves the right to remove any student who seriously or repeatedly violates the code of conduct. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

9. Compliance

Learn With Profe Institute L.L.C-FZ operates in accordance with applicable UAE regulations.

Learn With Profe Institute is approved and permitted by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), Dubai.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
